These simple numbers may seem insignificant, but they have a meaning to those in the know. They are painted onto a red wall in a derb in Marrakech, Morocco, by the surveyor who did the survey for a property title.
There is a distance of about 10m between the 1 and 2 which denote the extent of a house title which is about to be sold.
As of today, the owners (3 sisters) signed the papers and have sold it...to us. Now the fun begins!
